Dreams Become Reality

I start shaking because of fear,
Fear that I will always be alone.
I start running, running from my fear.
It follows me no matter where I go.
I stop, I look around to see nothing,
But then I turn around to see you.
To see your smile and hear your voice.
Suddenly I'm not alone,
Suddenly I'm not afraid.
You take me into your arms,
There I feel that loneliness is just a word without meaning.
We kiss, your soft lips touch mine.
Then I wake up to realize it's just a dream.
But then I look over to see you lying next to me,
Dreams do come true.
